There are no local rules. This court goes strictly by the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
Court begins at 9:00 a.m. All hearings are open to the
public.
Professional attire is expected.
Jury
trials: Each attorney is expected to have a proposed jury
charge prepared the first day of trial. All challenges for cause
during voir dire shall be made at the time the challenge for cause
