The requirements needed to obtain the permit are:
- Legal description of the property
- Size of building or mobile home
- Number of bedrooms
- Year of mobile home
- Value of building or mobile home

THE PERMIT FEE IS BASED ON $0.07 PER SQUARE FT. OR MINIMUM OF $50.00
The requirements needed to obtain the permit are:
- The same requirements listed in the above 1 through 5
- Must have elevation certificate
- If building is the flood way a no-rise certificate is also attached to the elevation certificate

The requirements needed to obtain the permit are:
- The same requirements listed in the above 1 through 5
- All septic system job sites must have a site evaluation performed before installation
- If someone is compensated in any part of installation they must be licensed by the TCEQ.
- All systems must be installed according to the TCEQ requirements (Chapter 285 rules for on-site sewer facilities)
