The agricultural/cattle marks and brands renewal period has ended. All brands that were not renewed now have to be re-registered. Unregistered brands may be subject to appropriation, so re-register as soon as possible.

The Texas Legislature made changes to the reporting of marks and brands during the 2025 session to include a statewide reporting system. For more information regarding the requirements, go to: Texas Animal Health Commission
