  • The Liberty County Clerk's Office is in the process of updating its software programs.

The first conversion will affect the Official Public Records, Vital Records, and Marriage Licenses. Access to the database is currently not available so online search and copy functions are not working. Please call the office for assistance with copies of records. Online access for new filings is available. The link to the new site is below under ONLINE RECORDS.

The second conversion will affect the Case Management System used for all Misdemeanor, Probate and Civil Cases and the corresponding records handled by this office. We anticipate an interruption in services between the end of November and the first week of December.  Exact dates will be provided as we get closer to the switch.

Please note the dates these systems will be unavailable and plan accordingly. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

    Thank you.
